Servings: 3-4
8 eggs
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar

1 piece parchment paper
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:

- Add the sugar and beat (or blend) it again for 10 more minutes, then add the milk, and mix it well.
- Mix 1 Tablespoon of baking soda in 1 Tablespoon of water and add it into the mixture, then add the flour, baking flour, shortning, and vanilla extract. Mix it thoroughly to complete the dough.
- Place the parchment paper in the steamer (brush a little oil on the paper), then pour the dough into the steamer, cover it tightly, and steam it for about 30 minutes over high heat.
- Remove the cake from the steamer, cut it into small pieces and serve while they are warm.
